Relaxing Music & Ocean Waves, “Reflections” from Sounds of Kauai

Beautiful meditative scenes of Kauai’s rugged shoreline out to Mahalepu in HD. The music is a song called Reflections from my instrumental album Sounds of Kauai (Available at Amazon, CDbaby, and iTunes). I came across this tidepool during a hike. While the sun illuminated the boulders on one side, the other side shaded the pool, which allowed the lighted rocks to reflect on its surface. Every now and then a bigger set of waves would come through, sending ripples through the pool and blurring the mirrored surface. Slowly the reflections refocus, making the spot one of my favorites. Frank explains that the Rachel’s Vineyard retreats are ultimately about freedom. He goes on to tell of one of the tools used on the retreat to symbolize this: the rock.
