In this 5-article review, Dr Alex Vasquez from OptimalHealthResearch.com (providing textbooks and seminars for doctors) reviews peer-reviewed research substantiating the use of multivitamin-multimineral supplementation. Five conclusions that can be drawn from this research are: 1) Mild vitamin deficiencies are common in the general population and contribute to the development of several different chronic diseases.
