Wasn’t there a meditation video just like this but with a young female voice making you visualize “elemental angels” or something? Like same name or something?

mArKiEx1, whether music like this, or
music embedded with Theta waves,
or single point staring, or mantra’s etc

The purpose of meditation is to silent
the ‘intellectualized mind’, where the ego
resides.

If you intend to control your mind, you must control your thoughts eventually.
In the beginning, if you can exam ‘thought’s as they come & go into your consciousness, you will begin to see, you don’t control most of your thoughts, nor do you control where they originate.

Meditation involves taking your conscious awareness into the deep sleeping state. In this state the mind-chatter stops, which allows cosmic energy to flow through the top of the head, healing etheric patches. It leads to a lighter and easier to move body, third eye awakening, and eventually astral travel and then eventually enlightenment.

I normally don’t partake in posting comments for videos. I was just sitting here enjoying my cup of matcha along with this incredibly soothing and serene music that I felt compelled to post. Wow, simply..wow

miachiko isn’t saying you can’t have music, he or she is saying that while music is something to enjoy, there is an even more basic joy of breathing and sitting, letting thoughts flow or not, suggest or not.

Very calming thank you

Miachiko, there is nothing wrong with music, or mantra’s, or silence, or negation of thought, or use of theta waves
to entrain your mind etc etc

How about not criticizing methods of
meditation….there may be as many as
100 different methods, which are appropriate for each individuals needs.

I use a few, at different times.

Trying to ‘advertise’ your personal ‘guru’
works against all of us who understand
meditations great value. Your motives
will always be questioned.

why so negative miachiko? whatever works right? it worked for me.

miachiko:

you need no music for meditation. you need only to recognise that each breath is a gift and because it is being given to you, you are alive, you exist. there is a teacher who can help those who are thirsty for Joy. his name is Maharaji. type maharaji – the keys.
