large non-traditional remedies that have worked for my family and I would classify the book as being between naturopathy and traditional medicine. This book will make you question (but not distrust) the medical society and its ingrained, tunnel visioned methods. A set of long-term health and maintenance manual. Sort by diseases makes it easy to consult. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

The view of orthodox medicine is that it is okay if one is not obviously ill. However, in truth, most Americans are not overtly ill are not really healthy – they’re just not overtly sick yet. In recent decades a new paradigm has developed which aims to prevent disease and achieve true health and prolonging life with little signs of aging. This new paradigm – which has been shown conclusively to work – is called “alternative” or “holistic” medicine. Dr. Julian Whitaker is one of the leading experts in this new paradigm of health. In this book he explains in simple terms how you can get and stay healthy and live long healthy (1) a truly healthy diet (no food too simplistic government of the pyramid), and taking some dietary supplements, (2) to moderate (but regular) excercise, and (3) a withdrawal of most self-medication (most of which have harmful side effects) than healthy people rarely really need. Unfortunately, Dr. Whitaker prescription for health has not yet conquered most orthodox doctors, but it is supported by thousands of scientific studies and has been experienced by hundreds of thousands of people who had the courage to try. I can not recommend this book too high.

(This is the book Natural Cures before)

I enjoyed this book because Dr. Julian Whitaker explains everything you need to be in good health. Most other books address some of the problems and still give you general on what to do. Dr. Whitaker give you any details of what should be in the Multi-Suppliment you to that particular product to help with high blood pressure. This first book solely on natural healing.

All books in good health should tell you to involve your health care provider on all descion you regarding your health whether it’s drugs, surgeries, or rangeland. This is excellent advice and Dr. Whitaker is no different, giving your disposal four warnis check with your doctor and decussate something with them before you get your medication or start its program. You have to respect that. Your health is a partnership between doctor and patient.

Dr. Whitaker is a doctor who for years wondered why the path most people take for health (drugs and surgery) we not getting patients well, they seemed to be the best. This idea lead to the good doctor Leard and develop plans for natural and stay healthy that way. He wants to lead in the long term, not short term.

Understanding this, Dr. Whitaker is on the front of this movement towards health.

The book is divided into three distinct parts.

Part 1 Real Health Reform-Theis describes the problem with our health care system in the U.S. (with our parania the ‘) giving her problems, pitfalls, and failures. Here, he also gives his wellness program to be completed in seven steps, which include;
Step 1: Adopt a healthy lifestyle
Step 2: become more active
Step 3: Take a suplement Muliple-Mineral Formula (it actually gives you
formula that works best)
Step 4: Take extra nutrients Antioxidant
Step 5: Take magnesium and potassium
Step 6: Take Omega 3 Oil Supplement
Step 7: Eat low-fat, high complex carbohydrate diet.
< , br /> just giveing you recomindations addition to this, it gives you plenty of information about what to take, how and why it is so go for you. That’s a plus in my book.

Part 2 Building Optimal Health, Dr. Whitaker give practical advice on:
1. Enhancincing digestion and elimination
2. Improved detoxification
3. Improve Brain Power
4. Improved adrenal function
5. Improving the function Imune
6. Improved weight loss

Each is necessary for you to improve health. Personally, I have not been ill and my health has been good since I first read the book.

Part 3 Specific Health Concerns They are very specific-up product name and the appropriate dosages.

It explains the diseases most popular acne to varicose veins
In detail. This is my most used part of the book.

This book is ideal for anyone who wants to make health, be healthy or stay healthy in a mansion Strait forward and concise. It explains everything, including why somethings are bad and others are good with specific information. He does so without being alarmist or paranoid. Ideal for beginners, expert, medical professional, student or patient.

This book is still planted on my desk, not my library for easy use. It is a valuable tool for my health care needs of reducing Cholestrol to maintain good blood pressure and reduce blood sugar. I even give some of its information to your friends and family.

Everyone should read this book before seeing the doctor.

Definitely worth $ 15. 00
