I have owned the XP3 for about six months and it is a machine to electrical stimulation. I am a former college athlete (football and track) and our coach used to use a version of this important detoxification tense muscles. It works by shocking the muscles to get them to fire, which increases blood circulation. Some also say that their body has an immune system (similar to acupuncture) but I have not seen any studies on this subject. The machine is surprisingly effective. . . The battery lasts over many uses, recharges via USB and is small enough.
In my experience, I found electrical stimulation to be very effective in rehabing sprains, pulled groin, pulled hamstring and pulled back (when used in combination with stretching, strengthening and ice / heat). My coach even used to prevent attrophe on my quad if I hurt my knee ligaments that kept me from bending my knee for 6 weeks.
Some people find shock feel painful at first, but the parameters on the XP3 can easily be adjusted. I do not fear the shock over and I turn it up high enough (3 to 4 bars). The buffers may lose their stickyness, which reduces the conductivity of the stimulation, but they can be cleaned with water and they are sticky again. Replacement pads are very cheap on amazon, but I try to use it after a shower to prevent them from becoming too fat.
My only complaint is that sometimes several trials to find effective placement of platelets to stimulate the muscles right. It can be hard on my back if I do not someone else for help. But overall it’s a very good product and a proven method of rehabilitation / strengthening.

I had a lot of hip and leg pain before using the XPIII. My friend and I went on a trip and I’ve never been able to walk, even 5 minutes without stopping because of the agony. A friend lent me his Hidow and that was a miracle. It has 4 different modes and about 10 strength. I ordered one immediately. It not only helps relieve me immediately, but the pain is less and less frequent. Now I can spend days and even a week without using it. He gave me my life back!

Like many people, I experienced the XP3 Hi-Dow in Las Vegas and decided to hunt down when I returned from my trip. When it works, it’s great, but there seems to be a short-son connection unit (which feels fragile) for platelets. If the position changes, it tends to stop working. I usually take the form and give a couple of times before it works again. They are owned, you can not quite go to Radio Shack for a replacement.
The feeling is like your muscles are flexed and massaged and it really helps with muscle soreness and relaxation. I use it after a trip to the gym or after a long day of work to help avoid being ill the next day.
The massage slippers (available through the through other sellers) are probably a number of men 8 or 9, but the velcro straps help keep somehow. The sensation of the slippers, which plug into the unit XP3 is basically just electric low grade. As with the slippers when the pads are used all over underneath the calf seems to feel like tingling, rather than muscle stimulation or massage.
Blocks additional purchasing is recommended, because they dry out, even with the addition of moisture and store in a sealed bag.

Keep away from children. Hot This product has been around for decades. Great applicaton of electronic miniaturization. Fast charging. Excellent battery life (15 hours). Wide range of power. The four modes of transport and “combo” mode sufficient for relief massage at home. Very useful and informative booklets with accompanying illustrations, including introduction to acupuncture. A house of quality medical products. NOT FOR CHILDREN.
