Quite like the picture. It’s nice & sharp and conveys a tropical feel bu compositionally is just a little messy especially in the centre. #2 (from the IWANT5! group)

This is a fun tree. I might focus on one side of the tree or the other. The shot seems a bit cluttered with the center of the tree almost directly in the middle. Great information too.

Lots of interesting info here, thanks!
As for the picture, I like the almost abstract quality of it, I just wished it were better defined. One can’t really tell that this is a palm tree without reading the description (or maybe it’s just me who’s ignorant…), because you get lost in the jumble of branches and leaves. Maybe a different perspective that includes a bit of the trunk?

sorry, but this pic say nothing for me.
Thanks for your comments the last time, when I am offline.

good to know! I love interesting tidbits like this. Thanks for sharing.
What a great design the leaves make! Great eye for composition!!!
great info, the one tre that u use everything from top to bottom;)
I had no idea there are so many uses ! Plus they make a beautiful photo! I feel like I am right in the middle!
I love the health this coconut present, nice photo in all
Very interesting. We get heart of palm from a different tree, the cabbage palm. Coconut palms only grow further south.
Nice photo and interesting write up ! We have a lot of coconuts here. And because of its many uses, it is sometimes called " the tree of life "
Thanks for sharing all your knowledge, nice shot.
i really like the tight crop… great shot!
