We all love today to take care of our health, right? Few of us understand, however, Chinese medicine, unless you read many books on the same subject. And then you have to “digest” the information and apply it to you patiently. We are all unique individuals. And those who will buy or borrow this book will prove to be the most intelligent, too. Not only would I recommend this book to all those who want to change your life for the better (and get rid of pain per day), but this book – among the thousands written – is a revelation for many other self healing Directions . Be wary at first you say you need time and patience to go through it (none of us have more!), But you’ll feel smarter than any doctor in this world, having assimilate the knowledge in this book. It is better than you imagined by its modest title. One of the best kept secrets (until now!), Trust me on this one. Good luck to you all!

This book is excellent for anyone starting to learn all aspects of healing or Chinese astrology. Everything is interconnected and that this book broadens the horizons. This should be a textbook for a program of any Chinese “course. I have not had previous teachings of Chinese culture and this book, he explains all this without being too political

This book is well written and provides a beautiful view of the 5 elements and how they manifest themselves in our world. I was looking for something that was more oriented towards the charater set of elements and less concerned with technical aspects of Chinese medicine. I got what I wanted.
