We don’t usually use the lid to do it
Most of the times porcelain spoons, bamboo piece, or a flat piece of a plastic.
Usually if it shows up purple, u might have a mirgraine headache or an unbearable pain
I have been hearing good things about this. I may ask my acupuncturist to try it on me.
