The negative criticism displayed by the last person is so totally out of line. We really need to do exercises and follow the program to understand how wonderful it is. I doubt that someone has tried the exercises or diet plan. I must admit, he probably could have been better written, but English is not the primary language Nan Lu If you are looking for a masterpiece “literary” is not, but should not be. You need to go beyond the superficial to the message of the book that is healthy. It is regrettable that what is written as a weight loss because this book is the principal about getting healthy, which will inevitably lead to weight loss if you need to lose weight. Even if you do not need to lose weight this book can help you be healthy. I recommend this book to my father who is not overweight, but who is a diabetic with high blood pressure. I definitely think the exercises will be able to help him. This led me to this page, and when I saw the negative reviews I had to react.
I did the exercises for about 3 or 4 years. They are extremely easy and takes about 20-25 minutes. They are certainly very effective – you can feel the change of energy throughout your entire body after you do them.
When I bought the book I needed to lose weight. I reached a plateau and can not lose more weight. This book, with video of the same name I purchsed through her office said in the book helped me break the plateau and lose weight and inches. You do not need the video – you can easily follow the exercises in the book, but I like something to follow, as I take a class.
Diet is excellent – I did not even follow him perfectly (I would have a bowl of high fiber cereal a day of soy milk with some while after the end of his suggestions) and I still lost weight. Another incredible advantage of the power is totally lost, I my desire for sweets and snacks? If you know me, it is certainly surprising because I have a very sweet tooth and like my snacks. Because I ate so well that I had no desire at all for junk food. After losing weight, I continued to do exercises to maintain my weight and my health. There were times when I am in my office during my lunch break if I had a stressful day.
I would certainly think of all those who try the exercises in this book and if they need to lose weight, then follow the plan of eating well. Peace.

I am currently in mid-Nan Lu six-week program and I am pleasantly surprised to see how I feel. Working in the finance sector in New York can be very stressful, but my head is clear, I feel calm and balanced, one finds my body much stronger. This program is useful for treating many more weight problems. After only four days of the exercise of Wu Ming Meridian therapy (Qigong), I had pain in my shoulder for a few months disappeared. To date, I lost 5 kg and 4. 5 inches. The exercises are the foundation of the program. They are amazingingly effective response to hunger. In fact, I get really hungry. I like all foods on the recommended list and have been so much fun creating my own recipes for my fried vegetables, I have not learned the recipes in the back of the book yet. The book gives you advice on how to spend each week, so you feel supported as and. It also explains in simple terms TCM so that you can enjoy the learning process because you are why it works. I have had success using TCM year ago migraines and I have not had to be sold on its effectiveness. I just wish I had started using it earlier to discuss weight management.

I lost 15 pounds on this diet, but mostly it made me look and feel differently about my relationship with food. I followed the comprehensive plan for 6 weeks, but not as strict as the book suggests. I liked to try some food suggested that I had never bought or cooked before. I have a new love and passion for all Asian dishes! I like the way the system is set from week to week, and all tips from Dr. to cross the plane. And because I am interested in complementary health care I found the guide points of view of traditional Chinese medicine and wellness extremely interesting. I feel good, but I have a lot of energy to eat less food!

I read this book as a book of alternative healing for a course I took. It is easy to read. I tried Qi Gong and Healing Foods. I only lost two pounds and a pant size. I regained my sense of balance, my emotions become more stable and I sleep all night without waking up now. These results are more important to me than weight loss. I am excited by the results and plan to continue. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I will continue what the book suggests. It was the easiest non-food I’ve ever done.
