I decided to write this book review after buying this book a few years ago and later find myself buying again for a friend with a young child who is in his own struggle to how to feed her child in a healthy way! My friend was just like me. . . . naturally try to do everything possible for my child. . . . but quite confused about the “right” way! In today’s world as people try to take the road in good health, than to be in total confusion as to “how to start, then, to find what they believed to be in good health for their child to work against them. Bob Flaws has clearly demonstrated that even the healthiest foods may be most harmful to young children…… However, it also explains why and how to properly prepare food to provide children for optimal health. My daughter is now 8 years and the knowledge of this book and a wonderful doctor TCM, we do not have health problems, we used to have. My child likes to “cook” vegetables and good management, it has a balanced diet every day – no junk food is allowed. For birthdays, we have a good healthy meal, minus the birthday cake and a good trip to the beach. This book gives answers to the earth in our relationship to nature and the importance of eating “right” way. It’s an essential book for failing to present the medical society we teach our children the importance of natural health. When I look around my community, I see parents feeding their children foods that are most harmful and they ask “Why, my child is so sick all the time” ??? This book is a wake up call for America to start paying attention to the needs of their child, to return to the nature of how our bodies were made to live in harmony with – it is their birthright!

This has been a couple of years since I read this book but I remember that changed MY LIFE PARENTS and I continue to follow the concepts every day. I went to see a doctor of Chinese medicine and the treatment helped me enormously and that Doc lent me this book. When I read it I immediately started to follow this advice, and my son immemdiately stopped having ear infections and has not had once since (almost 3 years). Previously, he had one every three months. I would call this book a bible parenting. The most important parenting book I’ve ever read.

Bob Flaws is renowned in the world of Chinese medicine (outside China). His writing is clear and understandable.

I am this book first because I am interested in pediatrics and Chinese medicine. I’m studying for my final MSTOM and licenses in acupuncture.

I constantly quote this book to your friends and family who have young children.

Chinese medicine ************ ****< br /> Unfortunately, Chinese medicine is considered a folk medicine “of ancient China, rather than 3000 years old system configuration by medical brightest in this region.
theories of Chinese medicine
give us an ability to recognize the root of a health problem instead of constantly fiddling branches symptoms such as modern Western medicine does.

For example, eczema.
Why your baby suffers from eczema?

W. Mr. said. . .
“That’s how some babies are. It will disappear as they age. You can use this ointment to rub on the skin.”

, C. Mr. says that eczema is a symptom of an internal imbalance in children. My professor Dr. P. herbs always says “Skin problems are never skin deep.”

Chinese medicine provides a real pathomechanism that shows why the eczema is under way. This knowledge then allows the practitioner and the parent of the child to engage in a way that tears the root of the problem (eg “Spleen Qi”), rather than applying an ointment to treat the symptom, eczema.

course W. medicine can do things that medicine can not Ch – hence * we need both. * But for now, it Chinese medicine is that is largely underestimated and poorly understood (see “Medical Acupuncture”, which remains essential, medicine based on symptoms).

*************< br /> This introductory book will give you practical advice and tips for taking care of your children. The book ranges from theory to help you understand why things happen to your child, plan a few recipes to show you how to prevent or solve a problem.

Of course, you could do not rely solely on the book – the expertise should be consulted
