I used to have horrible eating habits and I had that hiatus hernia in the chest. I used to eat fast food 20minutes before a basketball game or a tennis match in highschool! It was terrible and I never knew why I’d be so dehydrated in the 1st minute. Also, I’d eat too close before a work out as I got older and I think that’s when I got the slight hernia. I’m pretty sure it’s healed on its own.
I’ve been taking Himalayan sea salt and water and haven’t used my inhaler in a week!!

I thought you might find that interesting because it is the more ancient example of an omnipresent authority dictating legal terms over people and commanding compliance with the agreed upon belief system which they control. In this case the original government, the church, actually killed millions of cats and particularly woman who lived alone and had them. Apparently the church approved of rats.
Oh, right. The cats would have kept the rats in check. Didn’t know that.
Actually it was the Catholic Church villianizing the cat and having millions killed that was said to be the main reason that started the Black Plague.
so glad you mentioned hiatus hernia, my mum nearly died from one… yet still refuses to drink water when i tell her its the cause! So stubborn and set in her ways!!
